A. The registration fee of regular participants includes congress material, e-book of abstracts(with ISBN),coffee breaks, welcome reception and access to all event sessions. Lunches are included only for senior researchers and PhD students.

B. Participants registering with student fee are requested to prove their qualification by sending an attestation letter to the congress secretariat.

D. The registration fee of the accompanying person includes coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

E. Conference dinner includes bus transfer to the restaurant and a winery tour.

Credit Card

Payment with credit card is possible - choose the payment method in your personal/registration area and follow the guidelines.

Proforma Invoice:

A proforma invoice can be download at personal area but first is required to fill some data.

  • Choose a Fee

  • Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an grey button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and refund:

  • If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.

  • For any cancellation received until 1 July, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged.

  • For any cancellation received after 1 July no refund will be made.

  • All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

  • Refunds will be handled after the Conference

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
