Molecules4…Sustainable Development
The Chemistry Research Centre-Vila Real (CQ-VR, Portugal), under the auspices of Sociedade Portuguesa de Química, cordially invites you to participate in the second biennial international meeting Molecules4Life. Molecules4Life was designed to foster collaborations between chemists and scientists from other fields with shared interests. The theme for this second edition, Molecules4…Sustainable Development, will focus on strategies for understanding, enhancing and creating sustainable solutions that support environmental protection and global well-being.
The meeting is organized around five main topics:
Molecular Flows with Environmental Impacts (soil, water and atmosphere)
Environmental Remediation and Pollution Control
Sustainable Materials
Materials for Energy
Food Security and Clean Label Technologies
Bringing together diverse approaches under the theme of Sustainability, this event aims to promote interdisciplinarity, networking among young and senior researchers from different backgrounds and the emergence of new solutions.
Molecules4Life will be held from 10 to 12 September 2025 at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, in Vila Real (Portugal), within the Douro region, homeland of the world-famous Port Wine.
We are confident that Molecules4Life will provide an excellent opportunity to share experiences, knowledge and innovative ideas in a unique atmosphere where science blends with social and culture events.
